Review summary

The ship was great, staff was wonderful (minus passenger services), ship was clean, food was great. Bar tenders poured great drinks, international café made great coffee. I would sail Princess again.

Our room was hot from the moment we got onto the ship until we left. We made several complaints to passenger services and got the same answer (this isn't house ac temps). Whatever that meant. Passenger services was awful!

Ship tip

Ship is wonderful, find a good bar tender, tip him and the drinks will be great the whole trip.

Princess had a great tour. Due to what happened in Aruba I refused to meet with my tour I signed up through via cruisesonly.com. They refuse to refund my money, why would I take a tour when they couldn't provide one in Aruba and never notified us it wasn't going to happen? Horrible experience and I will never use cruisesonly.com again.
