Clean & relaxing.

My wife loved this (I visited once but not my thing though I can easily see the appeal)

Confuse and lay out in Staff would not let you wander around alone They kept trying to sell you services

Very relaxing and a much needed quiet place. The aromatherapy room smelled too strongly- it even made my eyes water...

Fell short on most measures. We had to pay extra for it as we weren't in Aqua Class cabin. We had a great experience on a previous cruise but this time it didn't measure up. Steam room rarely produced steam, literally only had steam on 2 occasions out of 10 that I visited. Warm beds are nice and the view is fantastic, but not worth the extra charge.
