The size and configuration of the room was exactly as expected. The BIG negative was that we were unable to control the temperature in the room. The room was freezing cold all of the time. There's a thermostat in the room, but even moving it all the way up to full heat did not alter the temperature in the room at all.

The bed mattress was AWFUL!!! I hardly couldn’t sleep because it caused back and hip pain. If they do not want to change the mattress just add a memory foam for less money and problem solved. Also, very limited tv channels and about the first 6 channels were about the ship’s trying to sell or inform you something. Finally, the room was very cleaned. 👎🏻

Dirty, with lots suspicious stains sofa we were afraid to sit on. Rusted window,time to time cigarette smoke would come through ventilation fan, overall filthy feeling
