Silhouette Restaurant on Celebrity Equinox

Had dinner here most evenings. Food and service were excellent. Many thanks to Angellus (waiter), Wilson (assistant waiter), and Husen (Sommelier)! All of them made efforts to say hi when they were working at breakfast also. Their service and friendliness was awesome and made the cruise awesome.

Very good service. Menu was ok, not great, but steak or salmon was always available. Long lines on a couple nights. Reservations don't mean anything. Overall, pleasant dining.

Service was very poor. Selection of food was not up to their previous standards, and it didn't taste all that good either.

Good service, some inexperienced folks just learning their jobs. Food was good, but portion sizes were small. Nice venue and everything is clean. No rush here. A nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. Wine servings seemed small too.

I thought the restaurant was very elegant, definitely the classiest restaurant I've ever eaten in!

Food often overcooked. Restaurant was always hot, with staff visibly sweating. Lobster was chewy and very salty. Salads and soups generally good. Bread quite fresh. Staff were overworked, but still good service.

Overly crowded and took a while to get sat. The reason why I normally purchase a specialty dining package for a couple nights

We greatly enjoyed the MDR! The food was fantastic and service phenomenal! Tasha was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Once we over came the initial mix-up of the 6 of us not seated together, we used the anytime dining upstairs in Silhouette. They accommodated the 6 of us easily every night with a first rate wait staff and sommelier. The food was amazing and I know my food!

The restaurant and its staff are very friendly and personable. They went out of our way to accommodate my food sensitivities and made eating dinner an extremely pleasant experience. Our waiter Billy and his assistant Franky were some of the best of any cruise. Their manager Slavko was friendly and talked to us whenever we saw him even in other venues. The food from appetizers to dessert was incredible. The sauces have been better than I have ever had with garlic and onions, which I am unable to eat.
