Blu Restaurant on Celebrity Equinox

Our first Celebrity cruise and all later Celebrity cruises were in Aqua class. Starting in 2018, Blu dining seems to have slipped somewhat. Other Aqua class regulars tend to agree with us.

The best of the best served at this restaurant ….. Aqua Class only worth the upgrade ……

Blu service and food can’t be beat. Excellent in every way!

All the staff there were great, but Amelia's exuberance, Ekaterina's smile, and Wayne's knowledge made the meals! We had a total of 5 meals at Blu...was great every time though I have to say the desserts were not very sweet...but that was anywhere on the ship, not just Blu. The staff made the experience worth every moment...

Outstanding food and service. Amalia was the hostess and Ronald was our waiter. Both were amazing.

The people were awesome the service was impeccable ! Cannot say enough about the staff! BUT found that the food was sometimes over the top. Its as if they felt they had to push the menu to an extremity! Just could have been high quality little more normal . Otherwise great

Blu is probably one of the best restaurant's in it's class. I give it five stars for staff, design, service and the food was exceptional. My compliments to the Chef(s)!!

Ate here twice first meal was good second didnt even finish eating was so bad
