Craft Social on Celebrity Equinox

Waiter service here was sketchy at best. Very disappointed that they had numerous sporting events hosted here, but despite there being many video screens, no sound was made available safe site us asking and no one wanting to listen to the background music being piped in.

The private lounge for suite guest. Service second to none. Great place to visit with other suite guest.

Now called Retreat Club. Hussian Azouz was the Retreat Concierge and we have never met someone so thoughtful and kind. He should be rewarded for this kind of service.

Great place to have a quiet pre-dinner drink.

Excellent service. Has a bar that's never has a line. Afternoon tea and horderves at 3:30pm. Attentive concierge and suite director. They'll help arrange all sorts of things.

My husband was disappointed that no frozen drinks are available in this bar, but that's pretty typical of concierge lounges. My only complaint was a particular bartender who seemed inexperienced. Since I only saw him once, I suspect he was an emergency fill-in for the regular staff. The main bartender was very good at his job.

Very nice and everyone was very courteous. We especially loved our butter service / Ricki who was the best. If wasn’t married I would have proposed to him myself. 😁👍 Great job Ricki.
