We went to 2 presentations on excursions. In one incorrect information was given and in the second inadequate information was given in an overcrowded, hot room where many people were forced to stand in the hallway trying to hear.

Lacked information on non excursion activity; only seemed interested if it was related to an excursion, specifically regarding Corfu, Greece and Venice
