A: We were on the Vista Jan 15 - I’d guess maybe 50-60% capacity. No lines anywhere and few crowds besides deck parties, movies on the big screen and some shows.

A: I think they made an exception for the cruises around Christmas. On the 18th and 24th, and both had 3500+ passengers. That's pretty close to 100%. 90 maybe?

A: If for any reason you must fly home from one of the ports, you will need a valid passport. Reasons could be: miss the boat, get sick, accident, etc.

A: Yes, my wife and I use it every single time so we can come home with clean laundry rather than suitcases full of dirty. they charge $15 per bag for wash & fold service. There will be paper laundry bags in your stateroom for this purpose.
