You will choose an available arrival time when you do your online check-in. This is usually 14 days prior to the cruise. Check ins start at 10:00 am, and you are usually onboard by 11:30 or so

When there's no fog/weather delay the ship usually docks by 8am. The Vista usually take 2.5-3 hours to empty. The CBP and USCG normally need another 30-60 minutes to give clearance. That means boarding can start between 11 and 11:30am but additional inspections can delay that. Arrival Appointments might start as early as 10:30am
