9471 is a 9C Premium Vista Balcony for 2 passengers only. Bed configuration is 2 twins or joined king. There is a vanity desk w/ ottoman style stool, but there is no sofa nor coffee table in this cabin at all, instead you will have a wrap around Starboard to Aft oversized balcony giving about 180° view.

8309 is a standard balcony for 2 passengers. Choice between the beds as twin or as a joined king. Non convertible sofa, vanity desk w/ ottoman style stool, and coffee table.

All Carnival balcony and better cabins have a sofa. All staterooms on Carnival not described as an Upper/Lower will have 2 twin size beds that convert to a King bed when linked together. Not all sofas convert to another bed (either daybed or trundle style). Would need to know exact room number and ship to give more detail.
