Rosie's Restaurant on Carnival Valor

No thrills BBQ is found here. It's pretty good. But, I do like the guys version on different Carnival ships. They had plenty to pick from and a handful of sauces you can add.

Looking for a salad...this is where you get it.

It really helps to offer food at midnight. To have something to choose from besides pizza.

Great buffet with endless choices.

I loved the BBQ beef from the BBQ line on the deck above Rosie's (it's not listed in this app) NO LINE ON EMBARKATION DAY The only tea was Lipton regular or decaf. Hot chocolate was great as was lemonade (had pulp). If you think you'll need late night snacks, grab morning pastries or yogurt toppings or afternoon cookies to keep in your cabin.

I've had a lot of BBQ in my life, and I was expecting buffet level food. The pulled pork was VERY good... astonishingly good. Corkey's level, Red Hot & Blue level good. I was not expecting that!

BBQ and it is good. It’s not Guys pig and anchor but they have the same stuff and they use Guys sauce so it’s basically Guys pig and anchor
