We had a problem with the television and Guest Services fixed the issue quickly.

We had an issue with medical care that was received by our grandson on our cruise in February. We brought it to the attention of guest services immediately. They seemed genuinely caring and informed us that multiple people were being made aware of the issue. They sent a bag of goodies for our grandson to our stateroom along with a card. At this time still working on a final resolution with Carnival guest care.

This was a hit or miss. Some were helpful, some could care less and some were rude.

Any question we had they were very helpful.
