Fun Hub on Carnival Sunshine

We had 12 people in our group and the app never worked for many of us. It would have been nice with that many in our group. I got mine refunded for the chat part because it didn’t work. It was very easy and deck just gave us the credit.

I purchased the social media plan. It rarely worked. The only time I was able to scroll through my instagram was at 5-7am and occasionally after 11pm. TIP: if you are going to purchase despite my negative review, purchase only once for the cabin(s). You can switch “devices” by signing in and out using the person who purchased folio number (on sail and sign card) and date of birth. Only one user/device will work at a time. So parents with teens, purchase under your name and give kids folio number to use, don’t get for each device. I was on an 8 day cruise and it was $40 for the week. The hub app... 4 stars. Worked good but you had to keep the app running in the background to receive texts. iPhone users - this means don’t kill your app and swipe up. Just leave it hang out. It didn’t really affect my battery.

It was good. We had to reconnect a few times, but it worked to keep us in contact and was great for planning our activities.

Price was a bit misleading.. it's not $5/cabin but $5/person. Either way I couldn't complain since that included the whole trip and not per day. It was super nice to use the chat feature to find family on the boat as well as the schedule to see what was going on and pick favorites, see your bill, etc. Great App! I only wish it also included the schedules for Camp Carnival too...
