our Balcony rail was in bad shape in need of refinishing. overall the inside was ok, outdated the king bed was two small beds pushed together that kept separating every night and didn't get addressed when asked.

Our cabin was clean and decorated fine. Our balcony light was completely gone and the door dividing the cabin balconies outside shook making it hard to sleep.

Could not have asked for anything better. We were not prepared to only have one outlet in the stateroom and our steward was very accommodating by supplying us with an extension cord and a surge protector so we could plug in our CPAP machines.
