Review summary

Our shower broke on the first day. Our toilet broke soon after. I paid good money to smell poop all night. The food looked good but wasn't. Very bland. Elevators always were being used or locked which made it hard to get around. I wish I could get my money back because it was one of the worst things I have ever done.

The staff was excellent. Even though we had multiple issues they fixed the broken stuff. Took some time but they did.
