I would sail Liberty again and port of of New Orleans overall we had a great experience.
Embarkation

Our time was 11:30am -12pm. When we arrived a porter took our luggage guided us where we needed to go. It was a line, however it moved the entire time and our room was ready when we boarded.

Food and Dining

Overall the buffet was good. There were some days when I did not like what was being served so I ate a restaurant. Guys Burgers and the Deli was good, the Taco place and Seafood Shack were decent. My husband enjoyed the pizza. The late night buffet really just provided food to soak up alcohol so that really wasn’t for me.
Onboard Activities

The main pools and jacuzzi’s were crowded and everyone seemed to be having fun. I did get a round in of miniature golf in which was nice.
Entertainment

So the cover band was AWESOME! We listened to them most nights they played. The Violin group was also good. Went to the club one night and it had a good vibe. The DJ music I enjoyed. The 80’s rock party, white party and other events Adam hosted was also good. I can truthfully say there wasn’t a night that I was not entertained, I feel like I needed more days to take it all in.
Service and Staff

So Arman our room Steward was the best! He was very personable, answered our questions and overall just made us feel very welcomed. Every time we saw him he had and smile on his face and my husband was very impressed that he said his name right and remember it.
Ship Quality

Now it is an older ship. So as expected it could use some updates, but overall it was clean and the workers were always cleaning and wiping things down.
Cabin / Stateroom

We stayed on the deck one ocean view. The extra blankets in room all had to be replaced because they were not clean. Arman made it right quickly admitted he was just assigned the set of rooms and didn’t check which I can appreciate the honesty, again he made it right. Now we did have plumbing issues in our section where water was backing up due to other cabins. When we got back from being in port and on an excursion it still was not fixed. They told us maybe next day. THIS was not acceptable my husband had to go to guest services and explain we needed to shower. The lady physically had to come to our cabin to see before she gave us a key to another cabin to go shower. This is the only unpleasant thing I experienced. The next day we were in port again and when we came back everything was fixed and our room steward cleaned everything and the smell was gone as well. They did comp us somethings for the inconvenience.
Ship tip
Visit buffet at odd times so you don’t have long waits.
