Diamonds Steakhouse on Carnival Liberty

The Diamond Steakhouse was great. Everyone's selection was perfectly prepared as ordered. Service Staff was attentive, efficient and not overbearing. Very Nice Ambiance. Well worth the $49 upcharge.

This place was awesome in the food dept and display of the food! But the service was next to non existent! Our waiter took the order and disappeared! Never how’s your food! Or do you need anything! Very disappointing for such a nice restaurant!

Had dinner here the first and last night. The Steakhouse has never disappointed for us and the staff is always friendly. I give 4 stars and not 5 because there were some minor areas of cleaning needed specifically the window sills had a collection of dust and debris on them.

Very good food and staff. Worth the extra $$$

Service was fine. I wasn’t impressed though. Better steak at Outback or ChopHouse.

Our anniversary dinner, the food was delicious, the waitress was did a great job, the free bottle of wine for the first night was not bad.

Great service generous portions it’s amazing how the food you have to pay for is better than the rest.
