We like Pancho's Back Yard in downtown Cozumel better than anyplace else.

@Mzdrew, it’s on the other side of the island. You could get there by taxi, we rent a jeep for the day when we are there. The drive is awesome. You turn right out of the port and drive to the southernmost tip of the island and then follow the beach road to Coconuts. The restaurant is located on top of a rocky precipice. It is a wonderful view! They have a website too. Just Google coconuts bar and grill Cozumel.

For Cozumel we love Coconuts Bar and Grill on the quiet side of the island. The views are spectacular and the food is great!

Someone said they love shopping in Jamaica. Where do you go? Do you rent a car or something because we did a hop on hop off tour and there was nothing fancy to do.

In Cozumel we go to Mr Sanchos, In Montego Bay we did the hop on hop off bus and went to Scotichies and Dr Cave.
