Spa Carnival on Carnival Glory

I was really upset that the $50 gift card that was given to me that I was not able to use it since the service I wanted wouldn't take it. Even spoke to the Manager and they did not accept it. When I was on the Splendor they did accept mine. That was the only downfall in my entire trip. Wasn't happy!

Although I enjoyed my massage and facial, it was sometimes loud as they put the spa under the kids area and you could hear all the running and jumping. Also I am not crazy about the staff trying to sell products after a treatment. I think that if a guest is interested in purchasing something they should ask not be bombarded by someone trying to sell you very expensive products.

the Spa was nice, could be warmer and less bright lights to create the ambiance atmosphere. The staff was Awesome. I did not like they always tried to sell me products after my treatments this was stressful as I had about 6 different treatments so the selling of expensive products became quite tiring fast..

Enjoyed Swedish massage. Henriett was excellent. Spa area very clean.
