Smoking everywhere. GROSS. Buffet lines with kids picking at food, no sneeze guards to stop a 4 ft rug rat from hacking on food. Customer Service desk doesn't care what you are experiencing and the accounting practice is HORRIBLE.

Guy's hamburgers are the best. They close at 6pm. I think they should stay open for dinner.

Go to the burrito bar for breakfast, they have the shortest lines and you can get everything you would normally eat at breakfast - just piled on top of a burrito!

We love the staff and environment at the Red Frog Pub and our waiter Richardo gave us a hint on how to get around the ship easier- decks 5 and 6 go all the way from the front to the back so go to those levels to go the length of the ship (dining rooms to the theater).

Don't miss the BBQ on sea days, it doesn't last long. Get to the comedy shows early (at least 30min) or you will be standing.

I would recommend getting the alcohol card. You have to buy it on the ship. But if you plan on drinking a lot it is the best way to get the most drink for your money. We bought ours on the 3rd level near the breeze bar. It really pays for itself.

Take the Lanai deck to get good pictures of the ports; it goes all the way around the ship for any angle. Avoid the lines for Fat Jimmy's BBQ. There is better food elsewhere on, like the Italian restaurant, which is free and quieter during lunch. Try the rope course. It's challenging but fun.

The pools and water slides are best enjoyed on port days when most people are out and about. Also Mongolian Wok is amazing, but its best to try them as soon as they open for the day or while you are in port. It takes a little while to cook the food for you, so the wait can be pretty long.

check your air conditioning prior to unpacking, DL movies on your Ipad or laptop for those late nights when you want to watch movies and eat pizza.
