Our second night there our server was reprimanded for speaking Spanish to a relative of ours to better accommodate his order due to a language barrier. If this is going to improve customer service why would that be a problem when you have travelers who speak different languages. If anything that would attract more travelers and give great ratings for customer service and relations. Also there was no customer service, last nite when we went for wings and it was 11pm when closing time was 12am. No Bueno!!

Overall it was nice and clean. Servers were exceptional to all our needs and house keeping who have to clean up after the travelers who were untidy and rude in nature! We did not encounter one crew member who was rude or unhelpful and always had a smile on their face with exceptional service and patience!

No Bueno! Why are people who don’t check out luggage receiving preferencial treatment?! We checked out our luggage to alleviate the crowd and yet we were the near last ones to debark?!
