Review summary

As always super friendly staff! Good times onboard with lots of fun activities in the fun times. Madja our head waitress from two of our dinner nights was amazing. Her helper Ivana was just as awesome. Lots of close attention and crazy fast service. We had dinner in the sapphire every night and their service was by far the best! Our room attendants were superfriendly and always helpful. Blue Iguana tacos were delicious please keep them. More hours of taco availability would be sweet! Guys Bugers were delicious and a big hit with our group. My wife loves the melting chocolate cake but most nights it was watery hot chocolate. Staff was always helpful in getting ahold of one to her liking. We book a yearly trip with another couple as the Valentines Cruisers. Baja Mexico 2018 here we come!

Shows were great we had the opportunity to watch two sets of performers! Soo much creativity. The last comedian to perform that was from New York was way past adult entertainment. It was pure vulgarity, not fun for our group.

Service and Staff

Madja and Ivana were the best. The other waiter groups could benefit from introducing all of their members so we shouldn't have to wait for the head waiter to come around. Two of our dinners took 2 hours. Madja and Ivana could get us through dinner in about an hour.
