This was a very relaxing cruise for my sister and I we did not have any plans other than relaxing, and that was accomplished

Crowded and too many people waiting in a large room to get on. Should have been better staggered boarding time so not everyone showed up as soon as you could get on. Also they were running behind

The food was not that good. I do not really go for the food so that was ok but it was very bland and limited in selection. I never received a good steak; not even on the dress up nights. The lobster was not good.

I would have liked to got into the sanctuary (area for lounging without children and a way to be out of the sun) but it was booked solid as soon as I got on the boat and ran there. There has to be a better way.

It is an old ship in need of refurbishing. I would have liked some of the new features on the other boats. Spa hydration pool, real pizza restaurant

Most uncomfortable bed I have been in ages! Asked the steward for help and he turned the mattress but there was no hope for that bed. I was sleeping in a single bed since I was traveling with my sister. The bed was smashed up against the wall, hard as a rock, not wide enough . Also when my foot would slip over the side because of lack of room the automatic sensor lights at the floor around the bed would turn on! Came on and off all night long!!
I did a Princess Excursion to a beach. It was not in a good section of town. Felt very unsafe. Dogs were running loose and wanting food while you sat at your lounge chair. Bathroom was not good. Was not an upscale place at all and zi was surprised Princess partnered with something so low quality.
This was an excursion to a small beach establishment. Beach was not huge but the tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and the beach area felt safe and was clean. Everything was provided and the food was excellent. Bathroom was very clean. I only gave four stars instead of five because it took awhile to get to the location and it was on a very bad road.
My Princess beach excursion was to a resort. It was ok. The bathrooms were very clean and convenient. Beach chairs were provided on the beach. The service on the beach was sketchy. It was hard to get into the water on that stretch of beach.
I waited with my group number and a lounge, and it was very comfortable. When our number was called, it was handled very professionally. It could have been easier to locate my luggage my number and tag would’ve been better displayed. I miss the taxis being closer, so that the walk was not near as far to get a taxi to the airport
