As it was our first cruise, we had nothing to compare it with. But we wouldn’t hesitate to book onto the Azura again.. we made fabulous friends and were cared for by fabulous staff 😊Embarkation
Great from start to finish.. all staff attentive and on hand for any newbie questions 😊

Really couldn’t fault it.. buffet was great if you were in a rush however, we preferred to dine in the restaurants where you could relax and have a chat with others, quite often being the last to leave 🤣
Onboard Activities

We were onboard for Badness Hull/Showmaddywaddy.. we also went to see Mario the magician/comedian a couple of times… we had a great couple of nights, both venues packed which showed the quality of the performers.. would highly recommend 😊

Our cabin was tended to by Maria, nothing was too much trouble.. always pleasant and happy to help .

Ports of call
Absolutely beautiful.. however, if you pull into port on a Sunday, be aware that the toboggan’s are closed to the public they can be booked via the ship excursion.. this was a little disappointing as we were not made aware of this until we arrived at the cable cars, along with a number of others… we made the most of it by though, once reaching the top we were able to view the incredible scenery and watch some of the people, who has booked the ship excursion, on their tobaggan trip 🥴
Stunning beaches .. four of us took a cab into the centre €37 each way… stopped first at the beach/sand dunes which are unreal…the centre was really picturesque along the shoreline, plenty of bars/restaurants overlooking the sea.. I preferred this area rather than the centre high street.
Disembarkation
Luggage has to be outside your door by midnight the night before you leave.. Bear this in mind when packing as you will not see your hold luggage until you land back home from your flight. I.e. when packing liquids etc
