Everything was wonderful except Coco Cay, maybe next time we'll do the water park. That might be more fun :)

Very clean room, the only complaint was that the balcony sliders & glass were very dirty. They should be cleaned at least once a week with all the salt. We used our room towels to wipe them down so we could see outside since we paid for the view
Didn't care for Coco Cay, the drivers drove way too fast, told us he was not a tour guide, that there are 3 stops & if you don't get off the 1st two, you have to get off on the 3rd & get back inline. The staff at the little stores were not friendly at all, most of them just sat down inside in a corner, didn't even try to be friendly. We saw enough & decided we'd be better off on the boat :(
We loved Coco Cay. We were there twice last week and had no problems with the tram drivers. They are transport trams and are not tour trams and they tell you several times which three stops they will be making.
