Very friendly staff. There was just one time when an issue was not taken seriously involving an accident during the skating show where a skater crashed into the railing in front of us and the wooden railing broke off and landed on my toes. Very painful. Nothing was done and no apology.
Ship Quality

Ship was very easy to navigate and there were numerous venues to explore. Very clean. Sadly the freeze in Galveston had killed the trees in Central Park so they were all brown.
Cabin / Stateroom

We loved having a balcony and our room steward kept our room spotless. The size was smaller than I expected.
