Review summary

We went in this cruise for our honeymoon and I have no good memories of it! On the first night we were supposed to have a bottle of champagne in our room and it wasn't there. We figured it's the first night it could have been a mix up so we went down to the service desk just to be told it would be there that night (it never arrived). After going to the customer service desk over 4 times for this we finally got it on the third night. Our state room attendant (who was amazing) noticed our balcony door wasn't working properly and had maintainence come to fix it (the door was sticking and hard to open). Believe it or not the maintenance man made it worse and we found screws and spacers on the balcony. We went down to the service desk again and complained, the representative was pretending to do work never asked our name or room number. How can you be assisting someone without knowing who they are or their room number? Maintenance came yet again to make the door even WORSE and my husband got stuck on the balcony for over 10 minutes. We went down to the service desk yet again just to be told that there hasn't been any issues with that door before!

I had thought it would be a cute gift to have a royal caribbean glass (from the daily signature drink) just to get cut from the glass. The service desk ignored it and our state room attendant was genuinely concerned about me.

There was no follow up with us until someone told us to speak with the manager at the front desk which we didn't get to see him until day 5 of our 7 day cruise! Once we told him everything he was shocked and couldn't really offer us anything because it was so late in the cruise
