I use it every time we cruise out of Tampa. Very easy to navigate. Pull up get out, baggage handler takes your checked baggage and car. Driver walks to curb and goes to valet booth. Which is next to elevator and entry to terminal. When you come back you come out of customs which is also next to elevator and to valet booth. Your car will be brought to the booth in about 5 minutes or less and they help load your car which is out of the busy area. Then you just drive out and on your way home. To me it’s well worth the few extra $$$$$ as my wife and I are both 81. I think they take your keys I forget now as I always have two sets.

We did not do valet parking, but I think you can drive up to the terminal and let her out. That might be an option to save some money.

Use a park and ride they will take care of everything easy and cheaper

We used a off site parking, they kept our keys, shuttled us right to the drop off area where you take the escalator up stairs to security and check in. Then they picked us up at the exit when we got back & our car was running and ready for us when we got back to the lot. Which was only 1 block away

If you are paying then you’ll take your keys with you and leave your car there. They have a shuttle that takes you right to the ship.

thanks. we prepaid for valet

We always use valet parking. They do keep your car keys, they have to park and deliver your car. You can pay online or pay the day of the cruise.
