In your case, you should have checked it when you boarded and prior to your departure. OBC can come in many ways, some of which may not show on your precruise paperwork. If it doesn't show in Hub app, then contact Guest Services or if you booked through a travel agent them. You have to use it on board or lose it. It should have shown in final.

You should post more info in your initial request in the future. it is not always clear what cruiseline or when.

you should have checked it when you boarded, not when you are already home! If you did not recieve it, there is nothing you can do now. Lesson learned for next time!
