Santa Rosalia

Located on the Gulf of California, halfway down the Baja Peninsula, lies the quaint seaside resort of Santa Rosalia, unique in Baja because of its prominent French heritage. A French mining company built Santa Rosalia to mine the area's rich copper reserves in 1885.
