Just one port but is a nice long walk to beach and shopping. We downloaded the Turo app and rented a car for the day. Well worth it. They will drop off and pick up car by cruise port. Have used Turo app many times for local car rentals. Never a bad experience.

No. there is just one port for a single ship at a time. you can walk to nearby beach. Kauai has beautiful sights and historicplaces to see so take a small van tour not car rental.
