We did a Hop On Hop Off bus. $35 ea. It takes you to a few beaches, shopping malls, and farmers markets. We bought when we got off the ship. They were right at the pier off to the right. Not sure the time they started, but they were waiting for the ship. They ran until 3 or 4pm. Driver will tell the exact times and locations.

According to google it runs 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm every 60 minutes.
