I'm looking over Star Princess reviews because we will be on this ship in the future. I wish you had provided objective details for your ratings. Clearly you didn't have a great experience, I just wish I could understand why.

I would have liked more content on why your cruise was bad and an example of poor customer service. I was on the Star last year and had a great time. Hope your next cruise is more pleasant.
