Thanks for information about the noise problem in your stateroom. It is too bad that the staff didn't offer to switch your sooner. The location of a stateroom is SO important. I would have at least taken the money offered, too. Wonder if the credit was refundable?
Oh yeah $450 is a nice deposit on the next adventure.....
that is one thing I worry about. A bad room or bad neighbors. Sorry that happened. But... I would have taken the 450 happily.
Agree I surely would took the money sounds like you deserved it. Location, location , location matters in cruising .
Sad thing is you should have taken the onboard credit. The Cruise line will do nothing for you afterwards. It is sad, and I have heard lots of folks say not to book certain rooms due to situations like that, but advance research may have resulted in a better stay. Hopefully this will not ruin your cruising future!
