We are regular Celebrity cruisers and have noticed exactly the same problems. We also agree with you and ask them to charge a bit more to return to the old high standards.

I agree, I experienced the same on Millennium recently, and I thought it was just that ship being the oldest in the fleet. We have also seen the decline over the past few cruises. Please Celebrity, revive your old standards to retain your loyal customers.
They are catering to the new amount of people that are cruising as they won't know how good it was before they started cutting costs as they don't care if us loyal cruisers who stick with them come back as there are plenty of new passengers that think it is wonderful.
Not only have they changed their menu they put the three decent meals such as lobster, duck ala orange and beef wellington which were on separate nights on one night so you can only have one expensive meal.
We have done two cruises One in September on the Silhouette and one on the Solstice in December and it is the same on all their ships.

All the cruise lines are cutting corners. They don't want to raise prices.
