Captain Morgan Rum

Can anyone tell me if they brought back Captain Morgan Rum on their ships??

I know you can buy it at their stores but do they serve it?

On the ships I've been on, they have it to serve. I tend to look for more liquor I can not get in the states, or local rum :)

If you're going to Antigua or St. Kitts, grab a bottle or two of Cavalier. About $6/bottle. Excellent rum.

My favourite which fortunately can be bought locally in the LCBO is El Dorado Special Reserve 15 Years Old Rum. It is absolutely hands down one of the finest sipping rums to be had anywhere.

Cheers.

They have served it on the ships I have been on.

I agree with my fellow Canadian OldGreyWolf. Although Captain Morgan is a decent enough rum, I would have to say that my favorite rum to date, is out of Belize. I was rather taken by 5 Barrel.

No, Captain Morgan is available locally so I do not usually waste my minimal allotment of what I can legally bring back according to the Canadian government on things that I can buy locally. Being a lover of rum however I do usually go looking for whatever local rums are available that I cannot buy locally. Last cruise I was blessed with finding a bottle of Blackwell Run Black Gold while in Jamaica. Nice rum. I also brought back some from Bonaire and a very special bottle that could only be had from the Bacardi distillery in San Juan. On previous cruises I have always looked for things that I cannot get at home to bring back.
