We are diamond members of Royal Caribbean but haven't cruised with them for about three years until just completing two back-to-backs on Radiance of the Seas for New Zealand and Australia. They have really changed, and not in a positive way. There were no port enrichment lectures on the second cruise. The room attendant and dining and bar services were great. But the services of Shore Excursions and Guest Relations was horrible. They were abrupt and incompetent. When we got home we discovered they had charged our credit card daily for everything and then again charged us with the total at the end of the cruise. How will we ever trust them again with our credit card? I am not sure we will. Our recommendation is to stay away from Radiance of the Seas.

We enjoyed this cruise although it was organized very differently from our previous Viking River Cruise. The itinerary was good and enabled us to optimize our time in Russia. Unfortunately, one of our ports of call, Kizhi Island, was canceled due to issues with the fog. We didn't like the layout of this ship as much as we did the longboats as there were many steps that were rather precarious. The food on this trip was not nearly as good as the Grand European although the desserts were divine. We thought the costs of the shore excursions was very expensive, but they were excellent tours with great guides. Our biggest surprise was how beautiful and colorful Moscow is. The Russians were very friendly and welcoming. We felt very safe the entire time.

We started out on the Baldur and were very impressed until we had to transfer to another ship via bus a little after we were midway in the 2-week cruise due to low water levels. After we arrived in Vienna on the second boat (Gullveig), we were advised that we were going to have to bus to our remaining destinations, ending up in Budapest in a hotel. We understand that Viking could not control the water levels of the Rhine and Danube, but they should have told us prior to the cruise that they were having this issue. The first we knew about a problem was after several days onboard, and then, we were led to believe that a transfer to another boat would put us back on schedule. In talking with folks later (crew and previous cruisers) we discovered that this is a problem they have been having for some time this season. We should have been told prior to disembarking so we had a choice in rescheduling our cruise. We had great service, food, and shore excursions. It is unfortunate they weren't more forthcoming on the obstacles with the "river" cruise.

The crew of Reflections was wonderful and provided great service. The food was delicious, and we highly recommend this cruise. Although we thought the entertainment in the bars was lacking, the evening entertainment for the shows was wonderful, especially the production crew. The ports were great and provided lots of opportunities to make the most of our time ashore. We took some Celebrity shore excursions and some advertised through .

This cruise was much more of an adventure than any of our previous cruises because of the destinations and two wonderful podium speakers on the Infinity - MickeyeLive and Milos Radakovich. They thoroughly prepared us for what we would see in the days to come in an educational and entertaining manner. We really liked the layout of Infinity, and its crew. Best to start this cruise rested up and ready for an active schedule. From dawn to evening, there is much to see and learn.

This cruise was very reasonably priced and one of the destinations was Grand Turk. This was our primary reason for selecting it. The only Carnival cruise we had taken before this was on the Fantasy out of Charleston which was not a positive experience. Our expectations were not that high for the Sunshine, and we were very pleasantly surprised. We have never had better food on a cruise, and we have cruised Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Celebrity, and Norwegian. The service was great all through the ship. We had a problem with dining service on the first night, and we discussed it with the Maitre'd the next morning. He recognized our issue and for the remainder of the cruise we had a different waiter, table for two, at a window. All of the personnel were very friendly. The only negative about this cruise was there are very few places to quietly sit and read or talk on the Sunshine.

This cruise was everything Celebrity promised....... and more! The crew of the ship was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and did everything to make sure all of the guests were comfortable and happy. The naturalists were OUTSTANDING! No matter the situation, they were reassuring, patient, and supportive. The stops that we made optimized the kinds of animals and terrain that we experienced. It was worth every cent that we paid. I can't say enough good things about sailing on the Xpedition and the crew.

We are frequent cruisers but had never cruised Norwegian. We just completed this week long cruise and had a wonderful time. The food was great and service excellent. We were skeptical of their freestyle dining but it worked out very well. We will cruise Norwegian again.
