Staff was excellent, we wouldn't have to ask for help and they were already asking what we needed. The staffing for room cleaning in halls were the best. Ray was our waiter in the gold room dining and he was the best waiter we ever had.In cozumel we had a dune buggy excursion. Hernan and Ronnie really did a good job of making sure we had a memorable and fun trip, _we recommend them to everyone. Entertainment on the boat was enjoyable and around the clock. Unloading in Cozumel was a little unorganized and very confusing. Overall it was a good trip.
