Absolutely loved Cozumel and can't wait to get back there! We ate at a restaurant called La Choza. We had to take a taxi there, but just a few min from port. Definitely authentic! Open-air type restaurant, beautiful setting. We are going back on our upcoming June cruise. Also, Paradise Beach is a must if you want something cheap to do. Everything is pay as you go. Snorkel, chairs, kayak, etc. Only a few $'s to do each thing. There is a pool and inflatable out in the ocean for the kids (and adults!). Just a short taxi ride to get there.
