The Mason Jar also has a great bar and live music. That's likely why it's open late. Nothing in the Specialty Restaurants is free.

I’m guessing, since it says to plan 1 1-2 to 2 hrs for your dining experience, that they don’t book late reservations.

Not complimentary. Good Southern comfort food though. Band plays in bar area at certain times so it gets crowded. One of my favorites on Wonder of the Seas.

A lot of the places don’t jet you make reservations till you’re ON BOARD the ship.
