Best is to call RCCL or if you booked through a travel agent, contact them.

We booked a “window “ on 9 facing Central Park and have been trying to get a balcony BUT the ones that they’re offering- you pay for a balcony and NEVER find out where your room will be till 1 week before the sailing. I don’t want to not know where I’m going to be. The cost was also about $2000. more for 2 people. Will be happy where I am instead of being in limbo.

You should be able to submit a Royalup bid, while logged into your account.

Royal Up is not a guarantee, so if you really want a balcony, call Royal Caribbean and pay for the upgrade now (or call your travel agent if used).
