I would assume like all other Royal ships you can find one in the casino and next to guest services

the do have an ATM, and it charges an OUTRAGEOUS fee.I think I used one 4 or 5 years ago, and they charged a $6 fee, when most fees were only about a buck

Bring cash. ATM exspensive. And nowhere on the ship other than casino takes cash
