It’s not a single answer for all cabins. Some have pullout sofas if the cabin has 3 or 4 berths. If a 2 berth cabin, the sofa doesn’t pull out. When in doubt, check with your travel agent! That’s what we do!

Depends on the cabin type booked. If your cabin has only 2 berths, then your sofa will not pull out. If your cabin has 3 or 4 berths, you will have either a pullout sofa, or Pullman beds.

Yes, there are a couple ATMs. But you do want to bring cash, as others have suggested, if only for tips outisde of the Casino.
