Hot tubs were impossible to use overcrowded with teenagers and little kids pools too cold 😝

Service was top notch our steward Ikomang from Indonesia always anticipating our needs I was shocked this time around he was the one delivering our luggage 🧳 as if cleaning all those xtra rooms it’s not enough for Royal Caribbean to squeeze more from the staff regardless of all of that he always had time to greet us and have a smile on his face. Our main dining team also was great waiter Touray and assistant Raktim were amazing

Always check your account details daily Specially if you see staff busy was overcharged twice on chops and taste of royal experience was a mess
