Review summary
This is the third trip this year on this ship, and we were surprised to find black mold inour stateroom. We were even more shocked that it tookk three days to get it cleaned up. Our daughter was sick by the first morning and it lasted the whole trip. We were offered to take her to the ships physician at our expense though. Trip was not enjoyable at all with a sick child the entire time. Our two previoous trips were from the Galveston port, this time from New Orleans. The New Orleans terminal is very unorganized to say the least. There is one way in which passes by the Norwegian terminal then the RCI terminal all passengers leaving and entering are all funnelled through the same area. This created a nighmare for traffic causing the ship to be delayed in leaving since several pallets of luggage was still sitting on the dock at departure time. This is even made worse when the train comes by and stops all traffic completely due to the POOR traffic flow design. Will NEVER use this port againShip experiences
