We went on the cruise to enjoy the ports, new places, new adventure and memories but what we got was the same thing I have at home. Food, tv, pool and shows. It would have been cheaper to stay home.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff were wonderful on the entire ship. Our team Adina, Florencia, Maria and Edward were the best. They took excellent care of us.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
The ship is nice but out dated. We were disappointed that the molding in our room was falling off, bathroom still looked dirty after cleaning from staining, and the carpets in the halls were overly stained. The staff worked very very hard to keep things clean but the decor is old and they did the best with what they had to work with. We were disappointed that the rooms were not well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Maria was awesome. She was always working hard to do for her rooms.
We were diverted to the Bahamas because of bad weather. Nassau bahamas was not the picturesque pictures you see on the websites. It was dirty, people grabbing at you, pulling at you and we did not feel safe. Coco cay was beautiful but we only had 5 hours to port in Nassau and 5 hours in coco cay. We really had no time to really enjoy porting. I will cruise again but probably not with Royal Caribbean. I have contacted 5 different people concerning our trip by email, text, calls and survey. We have only received automated responses concerning our trip. We spent 2500.00 for this trip and were displeased and dismissed. Yes the staff were excellent, the food was good, the shows were good but I can do all that here where I live. We booked this cruise cause it was going some place different.
Sorry for the change of itinerary. You shouldn't blame Royal Caribbean for keeping you safe from the powerful hurricane. It's a big headache for them when cruising during hurricane season. Love the Vision.
I'm confused as to WHY you are contacting them to begin with. Your contract, that you signed, the same contract we all sign, clearly states that they may change ports for whatever reason and you can't hold them liable. The absolute best you can get is any port taxes and fees from missed ports refunded. But be careful assuming all ports charge because they don't.
Last.... use a travel agent. They are free and let them spend time fixing your cruise issues. They get answers faster. Less of a headache for you.
