We went on this ship a while back and it was our first cruise. We didn’t get sick and nothing was that extreme.

I don't get seasick, but I feel every little motion of the ship even in calm waters. I take a meclizine every morning.

Sorry you were unaware that small ships may encounter more motion. We always book center of the ship to reduce the motion and take our meds just in case. Only needed them once in eleven cruises.

We left bayonne approx. 1.5 yrs ago on the oasis. Much bigger ship. Come dinner time people were falling left and right trying to get around the dining room. Be prepared. It happens......the motion of the ocean lol. Taking vision next memorial day weekend. Hoping for calm seas. Cannot predict weather

Sorry the ship movements caused you and your party problems. I feel the motion often (the prescription for the transderm patch works for me) and my husband rarely feels any motion. Sorry this ruined your cruise.

You are on the ocean, you always need to have sea sick medication with you. I have cruised more than 20 times and I am prone to seasickness but I am always prepared. I’ve never had a problem.

Sailing on a small ship can be quite a ride sometimes, especially in the Atlantic. We were on Serenade on an 11 night Southern Caribbean cruise. The 1st three days we spent sailing in the Atlantic and it was pretty rough. Once we entered the Caribbean it was smooth sailing.

Sailed on this ship before and felt little to no movement at all. Maybe it just so happened to be rough seas when you went.
