after 37 cruises this was the worst ship I have ever been on

Review summary

The ports was very good but the ship was the worst I've ever been on. Most of the staff was rude like the had no customer service experience. My daughter fell while dancing with the cruise director and staff and not one of them came to see if she was okay or anything. This young man that worked in the bar storage area came to assist us and since he could not get anyone on the phone He went down stairs to get a wheel chair to get her to the doctor. The ship is very old and was not that clean as I am accustom to with exception of our cabin linen. The food was not good and in the windjammer restaurant the menu changed very little. I was very disappointed with Royal Caribbean.

only good staff to me was Wayne the young man that helped my daughter and our cabin steward. The dinning staff was ok after the first coupe of days

We just got off vision ..had a fabulous time , staff were fantastic, food & service was brilliant, ship was clean and tidy , thank you to all the crew for a great holiday ð

Very sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your cruise. We were on the Vision last October and then we were back on it in January when we went to Dubai. We could not fault it at all. Had a fab time on both cruises also we had Captain Marek on both cruises he was fantastic. ð

I sailed the vision 2 winters ago our family had a blast everything was good while it is an older smaller ship I was impressed with its condition I ate in the dining room every night except one our waiters warren and Mario were awesome !!! Can't say enough they made my family feel special ! So if those two are still sailing the vision I hope you get them cruisinbill ...... sorry you did not have same luck

We are on the Vision in October for Canada New England cruise. I hope things are better by the time we sail.
