Yes, you should make a reservation for Manfredi's. You are allowed to book a certain number of reservations before the cruise (usually one) so that everyone gets a chance to eat there. Once you get onboard, you can make more reservations if spots are still available. And Manfredi's is complimentary, eating there is included in the cost of the cruise.
