I highly recommend this Viking experience for those who haven’t seen the Great Lakes. We saw 5 of them. Nice to have much shorter flights than traveling to Europe but the River Cruises by Viking are still the best.

All were excellent. Our room steward even ran to our room with the right size waterproof pants just before our excursion.

It was big enough, plenty of closets and drawers, an beautiful retractable window, and nice bathroom.
Ship tip
Explore the ship when you get on board so you will know where everything is. Use the tv in your rom to see what the events of the day are. Oh yea, and the desk in room converts to a makeup table.
Just able to see the first lock due to delays but it was very interesting. No excursions offered. But Niagara Falls was the highlight of the tour. Our first time so we were in awe.
